King Price

Hi. I had an accident on the 7th of July 2018,my claim no.CKP ********** /2 and logged a claim for damages with King Price the following day. I am really dissapointed with the service I received from King Price, there was no urgency in attending my claim and when their claim validator Petier finally contacted me , I was treated like a ********. My car hit a tree, but the guy requested a consent to access, E-toll records,ITC checks,Hospital records,Beacons and Billings,Bank statements, CCTV footages, etc. when I asked him what was the reason for all these records,he told me it is procedure and that if I don't give them consent he will reject my claim. I gave him consent to some of the records but refused him some, because I could tell his purpose was to find something to use to reject my claim, it took him three weeks to go to the scene and then he complained that he can not find enough evidence, yet I had given him photos of the car in the scene,I had given him consent to interview people which he had done,he even came to the house to interview the security guards who were on shift on the day of the accident,he interviewed people I was with prior the accident, even the car towing guy. and yet,he still rejected the claim on the basis, that I did not give consent to CCTV footage, my house CCTV footages! and when I finally gave him consent because I was tired of being bul****,King Price still rejected my claim, stating that they I took too long to give consent hence they could not find evidence. They still can not tell me what they were looking for till to date, and the security guard in the complex told me that Pieter even promised them coke money,if they allow show him footages. What kind of business does that?
