Physical inspection

I contacted Kingprice regarding a physical inspection of my motor vehicle. They agree they would arrange for the inspection with the mechanic. 2 weeks later they decide to make a assumption from an internet article that it is due to Maintenance that actuator failed. No physically inspection, just a random report to say no we do not even want to review your vehicle.

And how exactly did you verify this to be a mechanical failure??? Was there a assessment done? What is kingprices procedure regarding flood damage on car? Googling common problems on the vehicle???

Quick to reply on a public review but a had to ask Kingprice after 2 weeks what is going on after i was promised by Bennie Botha ********** that a thorough assessment of the vehicle will be done.
