Phoned angry, but resolved professionally

Was a bit frustrated with premiums spiking up massively from me not submitting my millage higher than the previous company I was with. Gave them a call to see what was going on. The first consultant wasn't much use, but passed me along to Yolandi Prinsloo as a specialist. I was very happy with her service, and switched to a set comprehensive policy. One star lost since I had two months of incredibly high premiums, but I was happy overall with the service and directions given. I guess the "too-good-to-be-true" rings true for the Chilli product (pay by milage), but they didn't lie as such. Policy switched and documents in my email, so I'm a happy camper.
