Phone insurance

<div>I submitted a claim for my phones, both my phone fell during car accident and the screens cracked, but both phones are still working perfectly and things are still very visible on the cracked screen, they came to take my phones for repair all of a sudden a certain Shaney calls me to tell me my phones are beyond repair now they want to give me money which is not even the market value for the phones coz they want to deduct from that money, mind u i have very important information on both my phones which is more valuable than the money they are offering, how can replacing a screen qualify a phone to be beyond repair, i regret the day i joined this insurance .</div>
