Phone Insurance
i logged a claim for my cell phone, it took the whole week and still i have not received my phone, i keep calling and they pick up my call if i'm lucky that day. When they pick up i always get told that someone will get back to me and they never do, everyday is the same story. I have been without my device for a week now. I dont know what to do, i have used more that R200 airtime trying to phone them.
