Phone insurance - don't use this company

I'm very disappointed in King Price. I had a phone insurance claim in September. My phone has been replaced with a phone which is a lesser value than the phone which I had. The replacement phone doesn't even have a finger sensor. I took it up several times with the claims department. They said they will take it up with the company which replaced it and get back to me. Nothing has been done until now. King Price could have made the payment to me where I could have bought a new and better phone that the replacement phone. I don't recommend any one in taking phone insurance with King Price. IAMTech replaced the phone. I don't know why they can use this company. I had a bad experience with them from the beginning where they **** about the phone in the beginning
