Spoke with Phemelo Letebele, who assisted me with an accident claim this morning. He is an assessor and needed more info on my incident. Contrary to all the negative and horrific stories i heard, he was actually empathetic and asked fact finding questions and explained why he needed the info in detauil Good man.. And Good Job Phemelo!!
