Petrol claim denied

Hi<br> Have a policy with king price. Called the emergency services to help we with fuel after going through 7 people who didn't know how to help me. Some hang the phone on me. They told me it's impossible because my vehicle is not on the side of the road and at the parking lot at work. I advised them I managed to fiddle with the car until I could get to work because I had very important duties to do at 8AM. They once helped me with the same issue without any hustle.<br> <br> I asked them to send me policy wording that will prove me wrong about the my request but they could not. Everybody just hangs the phone. <br> <br> Lastly I spoke to a lady who was busy transferring me to a manager who deals with this complaints but she also hang on me. <br> <br> I spend about an hour on the a call for nonsense. Probably I wasted around 150 bucks on airtime.<br> <br> I want my policy cancelled and my premiums returned. I don't feel like a king.<br> <br> Call ref - FN-JT3K-01
