<p>I phoned them for a quote, the saleperson insisted on banking details although I said I first need to think if I want to change. I told him I would let them know within a few days.</p> <p>I then decided that it is not worth it to change and send them a emal to cancel the quote.</p> <p>Huge mistake to give them banking details when you only ask for a quote, because they don't read their emails and don't respond back on messages that you leave with phone calls.</p> <p>They started to deduct from my account, I had to wait almost a week to get my money back.</p> <p>They promised this was now fixed on their system and I would not have a problem again.</p> <p>To my surprice one month later they deduct the money again, but this time there was not enough money in my account, now I have to struggle the get the banking fees back from them.</p> <p>The policy was never cancelled, again they say they heve cancelled it.</p> <p>How can I believe them.</p> <p>I think their service is terrible.</p>
