Persistent Good Attitude

Thank you for handling as prompt as possible my claim with King Price. All is going well at the moment where my car is been fixed at NMS autobody and I am happy. Thank you again for handling my querry (sales record) as though nothing happened after I reported you to Hello Peter for poor service. I have improved my policy with King Price and very much so happy to stay with you as my Insurance company of choice. Our complaints must not distract you to serve your customers but must be utilized by you to improve on your services to the customers. My advise though is that you do not have to keep customers so long to provide them with services requested, such that as customers we are only left with no option but to report you to the outside institution for assistance.
