And having submitted a claim for my cellphone, I did not get anything in return, not new phone, nor the money to buy a new one. So King Price's regulations or policies leaves much to be desired. I'm not likely to recommend it to any of my friends, family or acquaintances. In terms of Emely's service in assisting me, she's been absolutely outstanding, and if I were to sell King Price to anyone, it will solely be based on the service received from her. She's been consistent in her friendliness, professionalism and detail provided.
