Pending repairs
I have lost trust in King price as this delay could have been avoided just imagine since from the 28th December 2019 After the incident I have been paying my car instalments which is my obligation and have also been paying my premiums but it’s been five months still waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, so can I ask is this how you treat your clients fairly?

Our sincerest apologies for the negative experience, our SEM department has been in contact to discuss your concerns and the way forward. As per our records the Renault agent was closed over the lockdown so could not attend to the vehicle. We have been in contact with them to make further arrangements.
