Pc Claim

My Pc two weeks ago got struck by lightning, contact King Price and they sent a service provider to repair the pc.<br> On returning the pc I was told that it did not have the operating system, that already makes me wonder how the system was checked after the repair.I contacted King Price and was told that no software is covered, surelly when putting in the claim I should have been advised of this.<br> I take the pc home and find that my dvd driver does not operate the unit was not plugged in to the mother board, again how was the repair checked.<br> I have now had to hand the pc in to a pc shop so that they can get the pc to run.<br> The repairs that were carried out is less than my access according to the pc shop.<br> So at the end I have to pay twice for this pc to operate.<br> Makes me think if I ever have a another claim how much it will cost me<br> Not impressed and time to shop.
