Paying for a car i do not own

I phoned KINGPRICE INSURANCE for a quote on a car i was interested in buying, i was happy with the quote but the day before the coverage was supposed to start i cancelled with the car dealership. I then tried to phone KINGPRICE insurance to cancel the coverage as i no longer needed the service.

I could not get a hold of anybody to cancel the day before coverage were about to start. The next morning i received a mail stating they tried and tried to phone me the day before, which didnt even appear on my call history but i phoned them that morning to cancel the coverage.

So the first installment was deducted from my account, which i thought was okay as a reversal would be quick and easy from their side. I waited and didnt receive my refund, not even when the month was at an end. The next month i see another installment being deducted from my account...i phone them again to ask what is going on, and why has money been deducted again even though i cancelled the month before and told them i never even bought the car intended for the coverage. The person on the phone tells me sorry sir, i will investigate and mail you at once. I did receive a mail for my money to be refunded, but noted im still covered until month end...why????

It has been another month gone by with no refund, 4 phone calls to operators saying they will phone me back with information to why its been taking so long...again no calls received.

I told the operator it will be my last phone call to KINGPRICE INSURANCE !!!!.

Strange enough, i was told on the first phone call to take the car ( if i bought the car ) to PG AUTOGLASS for an inspection for the insurance to be legitimate ( ie: knicks, scratches & cracked windows etc ). So if KINGPRICE INSURANCE didnt receive anything from them ,how can i even have proper coverage....
