Pay super cheap & get nothing from king price

I was hijacked in November and kp only started looking at my claim about two weeks after the incident. I was treated like a ******** the entire process with irrelevant questions. I was asked several documents and some video footage from shops were I went were not available as they are kept only for 7days.

Due to lack of footage my claim was then rejected and they say I did not give them all truthful information. I was hijacked and not involved in an accident.

The manner which they dragged the case from November to end of December was also traumatic to say the least. Every week I was promised that this would be finalized but nope it just dragged.

King price is just a waste of money and a risk to your lively hood. You know you have insurance but the bottom line is they won't pay should there be a claim. I had two cars with them. What a shame. Cheap is what you pay for and you get nothing in return.
