I just called Kingprice Insurance and I must say every call to them is always pleasant. Today was no exception. Anriette Viljoen was so helpful and patient. I needed to review my policy, she took time to go through the entire policy to ensure my details are still correct and up to date. Just by updating my details, already that brought my premium down but she went the extra mile to also check if the premium can’t go down further. In this recession, any penny saved is a blessing. My network coverage was very poor, every time the call cut, she called me back with spontaneity. People like her are much appreciated in the service industry.
