Patient and helpful services from an agent

I needed to update my car details. At first I struggled to get hold of the client care service department but was happy to be assisted by Noluthando Thamane. At the time of my call, I did not have all the car information at hand but Noluthando was kind and patient enough to hold the call for me while I got my documents ready. She was very clear and explained everything, including options I had for additional services. I wish I could have more calls and support from people like Noluthando.
