Pathetic useless King Price Insurance

Very poor service from King Price my premium increased with 62% and I struggle for more than 2 weeks to get a reason from them. They said they will check and call me back, then i get sms that they cant get hold of me get e-mails with same message totally pathetic. So I again phoned the yesterday to find out what is the reason, and agan the said they will look into it and phone back, I cancelled my insurance with them. Poor poor service
