Pathetic Service : Ruksaar S

I recently lodged my first claim and had the worst experience ever. The claim agent seemed highly *********** and was pushing inferior products or a lower payout value (which wouldnt even purchase 1 product at retail outlets) onto me despite my disapproval. Numerous agent call back requests also yielded no result. With this sort of customer service it's a wonder you have any clients at all.
