Pathetic service- No care for clients!!

Our Ford Eco Sport had issues with the clutch on 30 December. All mechanics were closed. Got a tow truck to tow vehicle to a Ford branch. King Price now says they don’t do free towing fee the same incident- after explaining the situation they say they understand!!! We have 3 free towing. I pay monthly!! I was promised the sun and the moon and am re-thinking my decision of moving from OutSurance….I never had any issues with them!!! What a disgrace!!!!! Pathetic customer service!! We were promised that the matter will be looked in to. Taking the company in to consideration too by not just leaving the car at an unsafe place!! KingPrice- you are going to loose a client just cause you do not want to or care to assist!!! Disgusted!!!!
