Pathetic Service King Price

My mum has been a client of king price for many years, she continued the policy after my dad died. due to her age I deal with the administration of her policy and we have adhered to all the requirements stipulated by King Price. They requested a letter from her giving me power of attorney to deal with her affairs which was a requirement from King Price. I called today because her installments keep increasing, but according to the consultant Katleho Ntsilo and his manager Albert the power of attorney letter is no longer good enough and they insist on troubling my aging mum and calling her to deal with the request. This kind of service is unacceptable, they keep moving you from pillar to post just to avoid dealing with a simple issue. they seemed to be confused at King Price, every manager has their own rules.
