Pathetic service i received from king price.

I have an insurance for cellphone with king price. on Saturday I lost my phone . it is such a hustle to get them to replace the phone . the lady call Deleni Naidoo together with her manager Sasha Naidoo are so difficult to deal with. They are telling me that my claim will delay due to floods and this claim has nothing to do with floods . if King Price has a backlog it should not be made my problem . i pay my premiums faithfully and in return the company gives me a pathetic service . They don't respond on email and Deleni is telling that she has flue and is seating and enjoying hot water .
