Pathetic service from Scratch and Dent department

I made a scratch and dent claim but the person (Sunell Hamon) from King Price who is assisting me is very ***********, I have to constantly call and send her emails to remind her to do her work and assist me as a client. Yesterday she said she was going to call Durban Central Panelbeaters to ask for photos of my car and then she sent an email saying my file was with management and I would get feedback today. It is now almost 4pm so I decided to call her and she says she's waiting for me to send the photographs, then when I tell her that she said she was going to call Durban Central Panalbeaters she says she FORGOT. I have been with King Price from 2013 and this is the worst service I have ever received from them, for one claim I have already had to complain here on Helopeter twice but I'm still getting the same poor service. This is really tiring, if they don't want to assist me they should just say so I can take insurance from another credible company not this mediocre.
