Pathetic Service from King Price Marketing

Disgusting Service from King Price - First they quote me a totaL for my car to be insured and agree, then they call me back after a few day and ask me further questions and increase my premium based on the new questions i was asked. I was sent a R1250 gift voucher on whatsapp and battled to redeem it, I called King Price several times always promising that they would get that department to contact me which was absolute hogwash as nobody did, I then spoke to Lindo (supervisor) who is also a ****, as he promised that he would get the relevant department to call me back on that same day. again nothing happened, After speaking to 3 more consultants, coomplaining about Lindo, i get a call saying that i dont quilify for that campaign...What ******* service!!! So please tell me why was i sent that gift voucher redemption whatsapp message in the first place??? King Price I have lost my confidence in your ability to manage my car insurance, as yourll lie to people about receiving a gift voucher, It looks like yourll definately dont need my business.
