Pathetic Service from King price

I have an insurance with King Price Insurance, Chilli cover. The mileage is sent every month. February being an odd month there was some confusion with King Price regarding the mileage reading that was sent. King Price billed me R900 where my Monthly insurance is R440. We contacted King Price and Senzo who is a senior consultant assured me that they will credit my account with the extra money that was charged. This meant that I should not have paid any installment in end of March 2022. At the end of March 2022 they debited my account for R440. My son contacted them and spoke to Trevor another senior consultant who assured him that it will be sorted out. No response has been received yet. Clearly King price is not interested in customer service, they want to take money from a pensioner. They keep insisting that I call them which cost me a fortune in airtime just to resolve this problem.
