Pathetic Service (Claims)

Hi, I have submitted a claim on the 7th of January and still waiting on someone to call me back regarding my claim I only receive mails to state that my claim is registered and them one that states my claim has been finalized and the last one is for me to rate my experience. I have called you guys on the 21st of January and was told the my claim has been approved and that the person that is handling my claim should have called me but he will send her a mail to remind her to call me to discuss what the next step is. Still waiting on a call form you.... this is the most pathetic service I have ever had with you guys. be sure that after this I am moving all my goods to a different insurance.
