Pathetic service
Such pathetic service received fro King Price. If I could write a review without even giving you guys one star, I would. because you do not even deserve that one star. I submitted a claim of an accident that happened in the 15th of December 2022. It took King price full 2 months to say they are rejecting the claim and their client was in the wrong. Their client was the 3rd car behind me and bumped into the car behind me which pushed the one behind me to bump into me. This morning I receive an email stating that my claim is declined and I need to claim from car behind me. How can i claim from the person who never caused the accident? Worse and irritating part is that since submitting the claim (I was the one constantly doing follow up, till yesterday). I have heard of stories that KingPrice was the worst. wow. I am finally experiencing this myself.
