Pathetic service!!!

Such pathetic service!!! I have been phoning since last week about a claim I submitted and nobody could assist me. Soné Steenkamp and her manager Maurice were both suppose to contact me and to this day I have received no call back. Other consultants keep telling me they will phone me back and they don't!! When I ask to be transferred to them there is no answer on their side! Today I receive a sms saying I should submit documents and I have given all this information when I submitted my claim so is that to waste time??? Pathetic! I put a claim in for my car at Outsurance last week and my claim is almost done, King Price cant even attend to a cellphone claim! Not 1 phone call received since I submitted my claim, not 1!!!
