Pathetic Service!

The worst experience, am a disgruntled client, you register a claim and you do not get to have your advisors details, who do you then follow up with, if you have any questions. I spoke to an Angus today and am still awaiting his contact details as he is the handler of my claim. I then get to speak to a Tshidi that needs to tow my car to their yard and i explained that this is pretty simple, i have water damages to my car you cannot tow my car and leave it at a yard because its going to rain and the damages are bound to get worse because my car will be sitting outside, I was told they will check with their assessing manager if the vehicle can be towed to a dealer so that they can give me a diagnostic report and am still waiting for her to call me back! I would never recommend this insurance to anyone as their service is pathetic.
