Pathetic service

I recently signed up and insurance policy with The King, or so my documents state. The advisor was Kyle Crowie, his service was good. I then decided to cancel my policy a day later as I recieved a cheaper and more suitable cover, Kyle referred me to The Kings retentions department where my nightmare begins. After speaking to him and him trying to retain me I decided it's best to cancel and requested they do not debit my account. His reply was he will unfortunately only be able to process a refund within 21 days. The King debited ne within 24 hours however it takes 21 days to return the money less any chargers. I have advised him that I cancelled the cover no less than 10 hours later and I want my money returned within 48 hours. Today is 4 days later an no correspondence or refund. Pathetic poor service from the retentions and the King. I will not advise anyone to sign with this company
