Pathetic service
King Price increased their premiums by 17% and furthermore I had a terrible experience with King Price tyre and rim service they say it’s 48hr turn around time. It’s been a week my wife is driving with a biscuit tyre. Furthermore my wife was involved in a accident a year ago and they fixed my car gave the details to King Price. Even today nothing from their legal team, refund of my acces since I gave them the person who bumped my wife. Pathetic service from King Price

Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore! These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month. Our client care department will be in contact to discuss your premium.
With regards to the tyre claim we will have claims call you with an update.
Please note an excess recovery is a legal process of which success is not guaranteed. Legal will be in contact to advise you on the status.
