Pathetic Service

<p>I suppose i should not be surprised beacause I somehow have come to expect this from King Price. Totally appalled by one of their sales consultants Tumelo Mafelo. I gave him a client who was taking delivery of his new vehicle to do insurance for. Tumelo wrote the policy for him but when the client had to take delivery he was nowhere to be found, didn't reply to his e-mails nothing. I eventually got the confirmation of cover from someone in customer service but only after the client had to wait for over an hour at the dealership just waiting on the confirmation. I never got around to venting my frustration or laying this complaint, but i never forgot about this and cannot leave it. King Price is quick to make promises when they need the business but slow or cannot deliver at all when they got the business. This need to be addressed. Till this day i have not even had as much as an appology from Tumelo. I will inform my client to cancel his insurance with King Price because they had to increase his excess in any case to rediculous levels just to give him a lower premium.</p>
