Pathetic Serice
What terrible service,I contacted King Price online only to be phoned by some one who could not assist me. I am trying to find out how to submit a claim,the agent does not know and says the claims department is unavailable and I must wait for 24 to 48 hours or phone back every 15 minutes.
Seriously..The claims department is not available...What a joke. By the way it's rude to just hang the phone up when a client is talking to you.Your service is pathetic
