Pathetic insurance

I submitted an accident claim with King price on the 19th of March 2021. The vehicle was then towed to trans letaba auto repair body in tzaneen. I then received an email from King price communicating to me that my repair costs exceed my access amount therefore they will not pay for the claim. They then sent me a quote from motor Master which came to a sum of 4100 however the quote did not make sense based on the extent of the damages. I then went to trans letaba to find out whats going on as I agreed with king price that they will tow the car to Motor master. When I got to trans letaba I was told that king price rejected the claim on the 25th of March and that I am responsible for fetching the vehicle. I then went to Motor Master and produced the quote provided by king price and to my surprise, the people at motor master are not aware of the quote and they have never seen it before, they have never communicated with king price with regards to my vehicle. I am very dissapointed with king price, I've been with them for years and have never claimed before.
