Pathetic

So I have have been fooled by this company, each time I call them they send me a link asking to write a review on hello Peter.

They then hire assessors to interrogate and make my life miserable only to repudiate my claim almost 2 months later. The assessment of my car was only done 1 month after my car was collected.

An apparent expert assessed it, his report spoke of mold and spider webs and included my profession? How is this supposed to be a company that "insures" a client.
