Pathetic Customer Service and disregard to client Loyalty
I have been with this insurance company for 7 years, never had any claim and Jackson from the retentions department refused to assist me with a payment arrangement as I switched banks and King Price never came back to me when i submitted new banking details. I am disgusted and disappointed as I have given 7 years loyalty to a company that refuses to assist with a simple request. Imagine if I had a claim. You have lost me as a client King Price
