PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I’ve had to most pathetic customer service I’ve ever received from king price.
They told me that they will not debit me this month which they did and now they telling me I agreed to it WHICH I DID NOT !
They are refusing to refund my money and saying that I agreed to it. Now I’ve got a bounced debit on my account which is extremely unacceptable.
People are struggling so much in this world and then they do this. I would recommend king price as they are a very good insurance company I’ve been with them for quite some time but the service I received today was disgusting.
They didn’t even compensate me for all the inconvenience they caused me and then on top of it they don’t want to refund my money !
