Pathetic Customer Service
<p>I have been trying to cancel my short term insurance with King price insurance for the past 2 months , still to date 25.07.2016 , i have not been successful , i was told only a Guy by the name of Joe(in Rententions dept ) is dealing with my account ...How can such a big organisation rely on one person to assist a client , I have been told he will call me , but he does not return any of my calls ...The matter has been escalated to his Manager (Megan ) still waiting for her call as well .Their Customer Service s Pathetic .....another call has been made today 25.07.2016 still no joy.</p>

Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
As per our records Megon from our retentions department was in contact with you on the 27th to discuss your complaint and the way forward. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
