Pathetic claims handling (infact King Price is investigating me for Break in at my house)

Pathetic claims handling (infact King Price is investigating me for Break in at my house) @Today, the 20th of April 2021 my claim hasn’t still been resolved, after gave them (the assessor the information they want) They made me to sign a form so that they can verify my whereabouts on the day of the break in at my house and I signed it now the results from the cell phone service are coming back that the phone number is not registered on my name. now King Price asking me who is the owner phone number? and I'm the owner of the phone numbers as they appear on my policy contract with King Price.

They also asked me ridiculous questions : why ******s/intruders took so little time to take such thing my house? they also asked me how many people were there during house break-in?

And how I'm suppose to know? *I have the recordings and emails as proof I'm very exhausted from being investigated as oppose assessment/verification as they claim. I feel very disrespected. regards Mandla The incident happened on the 15th February 2021 when I found out about burglary.

I am not happy with the service I’m receiving @King Price at all.
