PATHETIC AND UTTERLY DISGUSTED BY KING PRICE

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT OF WHAT SERVICE YOU GET !!!! I had to call back regarding my claim each and every time what type of customer service is that and then to top it off my claim got rejected as they said my premiums weren’t paid and they were. A MANAGER didn’t even have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience caused because they clearly don’t know what good customer service is. I work for one of the biggest customer service companies and this is definitely not what good customer service looks like this is extremely pathetic and I am very disappointed with king price ! THERES NOTHING ROYAL ABOUT THEM. Go to hell
