Pathetic and Shocking service
My wife was in a car accident on the 3rd of March 2024 3 months later, no update on the car she must phone every week on how far the car is. Every week they waiting a beading so they can't start fixing the car This is ridiculous and un acceptable the service is non existent and extremely frustrating We have to pay for a car rental R9500 a month and King price just don't car its story after tory How much longer this is pathetic and shocking , however as I read all the reviews now I am not surprised that this is KING PRICE SERVICE EXTREMLY ANNOYED!

11 Jul 2024, 14:01Still waiting it's now 5 months still no car!!! Write this review on the 11th of June still awaiting Feedback!! Bunch of ******* and don't care so long debit order for insurance goes off happy days ridiculous and un acceptable behaviour
