PATHETIC AFTER SERVICE

I have been on this policy for the last 24 months and honoured my debits and not claimed even once as well.<br> my vehicle was repossessed 2 weeks ago. I called them and asked them to cancel my policy and also refund me for the days that I still had till the end of the month as my vehicle was not in my possession. I even agreed to send a copy of the court order. the consultant agreed to refund me. up to date nothing has come and I even called again and still nothing has come.<br> <br> this is terrible and utterly disappointing and I will not reinstate this policy with them as im in the process of getting another vehicle.<br> <br>
