Pathetic 3rd party service
Awful service, I sent the required documents for my vehicle to be fixed. The quotes I got have even expired because your service is pathetic.
I want my vehicle fixed or give me the money to fix it myself

A 3rd party claim against our client is a legal process and therefore can be a protracted one. Should you not be content with the time frame involved you may claim directly from your own insurer and have their legal department continue the process for you.
