Pathetic

I am astounded that I am even left to write such a review about a company I hold in such high regard, a company to which I have referred all of my friends who are now KP insurance clients!

I had my portable possessions insured with KP, during the Durban July I was ****** in Durban and had 3 items ****** off my possession.

KP gave me 30 days to comply with all requests, thereafter assigned Maurice mouton as the claims assessor.

KP requested my ITC records for a cellphone not even insured with KP, I was happy to do so but informed them that I was away and travelling, busy with exams and had a sudden death in my family and I still had a few days to submit the requested documentation as per the 30 days that they’ve afforded me.

Maurice sent me a reasonable request letter with 48 hours to submit the necessary information. My claim was rejected after only 24 hours due to noncompliance 😂😂😂

This insurance is pathetic in terms of timeline, and I will be requesting that all of my referrals cancel their insurance with this group of ****s.

At the very least, be fair in your claim evaluation. 🙂

Only to realise that he rejected my claim a few hours after giving me 48 hours to comply!

They rely on non- compliance as a means to reject claims without affording you fair and reasonable time.not once did Maurice contact me even after sending him multiple emails to give me a call 😂
