Pathertic Kingless Priceless
Extremely poor service on WhatsApp chat service. Asking to speak to an agent on getting a no claims letter for 3party claims from another insurance. Person on the chat just sends me my policy document without getting me to the agent. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor communication, eventually I was told that an agent would speak to me just for my chat conversation to be disconnected by King Price.
I had to make contact again to and put in CAPITAL Letter what assistance I need. Only to be told that they don't deal with this request on WhatsApp. Could have told me earlier.
Causing me agony with pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
