Passed from pillar to post

I lodged a claim on Monday morning. Since then I've struggled to get any information whatsoever out of King Price. When I call I get transferred from person to person, with promises that my calls will be returned. They haven't been yet. When I email Runjay he refers me to Mowbray Holland, who doesn't respond at all. King Price is very expedient at taking money off me, not so helpful when it comes to paying out.
