"Pass the buck" Management and Assessor

Shoo where to Start. I guess to say that I have never in all my life come across a company who is this bad at service to clients. As for Royal Service, that's the biggest load of non sense ever. I've had car car accident 8 weeks ago and still don't have my car back. The only way I get to know how far my car is, is calling them and then also I get the run around. Fingers pointed at assessors who by the way work for the same company. Assessor takes more than a week to give an assessment report and I finally get it because I've been hounding them otherwise I might still be waiting. On two occasions spoke to managers who promised to call me back after I was so upset about non feedback and resolution of my claim. First one decides instead of calling me back will send me a mail to say the assessor will finalise the claim that day. The second manager instead of doing as promised rather gets the panel beater to rather call me and not a word from her again. That is totally unacceptable. For management to make promises to clients and not bother to keep their word is a reflection of why the service from the rest of the staff is so pathetic. It starts from the top down. After more complaints from me to them this week, the assessor is then put on the phone to call me. Why he must call me is because his initial assessment was not correct and he was called back three times by the panel beaters for additional authorisation on damage he had not assessed. The panel beaters then had to wait for one approval after another before the car repairs could continue. He calls me and explains how the damage not being spotted was not his fault. So I ask myself whose fault it this. He then says he will contact the panel beaters to see when I can get my car. He calls back a day later to say it will be ready for collection on Friday 29 May and again assures me it will be ready. It is now Saturday 30 May and I call him because I still don't have my car. He says but that's what the panel beater said. In all my interactions that I have had with king price not at one point was anyone apologetic for the delays and causing my frustration. All they want to do is blame someone else. I am disgusted by the "royal Service" you give. The best part is now I must still pay access after using my money to follow up with them on things they should be doing. Totally rediculous. I left my previous insurer because these people claimed to give Royal Service at lower premiums. This level of service in not worth the lower premiums so I will never ever ever recommend King Price as an insurer to anyone. No chance.

I was told that my vehicle was ready for collection and as I got into my car saw a crack on my windscreen which was never mentioned to me in the 9 weeks of my car being in king prices possession. How does an insurance company assessor not in for a client about a windscreen being damaged in all that time. No seriously, is this ever going to end. Besides that there is a scratch on one of the fenders which I saw on first inspection of the car. Maybe ever one hoped I would miss it because hey what do woman know about cars. I'm really very dissappointed by King price service. Nothing I've ever experienced before
