Panelbeating work incomplete

My vehicle went in for panel beating on the 15/6/18 and came out on the 29/6/18. When I collected my vehicle the sidestep was not fixed. When I took this up with the panel beaters, I was told to settle it with my insurance as they did not authorise for it to be fixed. So I did, I have been calling King Price Insurance since the 29/6/18 to date, with no success. I have been told that it is getting sorted someone will call me back, but no-one ever calls me back. I did also mention that I am not going to pay another excess fee foe something that should have been fixed.
