Painfully let down by King Price

I have been with King Price insurance since 2013 and never in my wildest dreams did i think that i will be let down so painfully by an insurance company especially during this dangerous times we as women live in. I hit a pothole on Christmas day on my way to Lesotho. After waiting for about two hours in the middle of nowhere, in the car with my two children aged 8 and 10 years, the towing truck finally arrived (my husband reached the site first, after organizing transport to get to us) but i understood because it a holiday. Monday morning first thing i do, call the towing company to find out where the car was taken, only to be told that they had to take the car back to their yard because the panelbeaters organised by the insurance were closed and they had to turn back. once the car was taken to them and was confirmed ,i was told that the car will only be fixed on the next monday, which is the fourth and i explained that i could not wait for that long as i was in a foregin country with no car and i needed to head back so i will meet the insurance halfway and fix the car myself as only the tyres and rims were damaged. phone calls. and emails to King Prie went unanswered. without any other choice left, on Tuesday i had to arrange for transportation to take me to Ficksburg so that i can fix the car myself and it took me the whole day from 9:30 am till 3h30 pm to get a release letter from the company. being stuck in a foreign country, with a sick child as my daugter was vomiting, millions of calls and emails to King price with no help in sight and once the letter was sent, to be told that they cant even help me with towing the car from the panel beaters to Tyremart (which was about 5 mins away and the panel beaters have a towing service that they could assist me with) because it was less than 100kms.....so i was left to fend for myself with my children as a women while every month they deduct their premiums with no hassles but they failed to assist me in my time of need. I need an insurance company that will really be sensitive to women and mothers, that will put their safety above all else in their hour of need as its not like one claims such things every weekend but i was let down so painfully. 1st of Jan is the last time King price will be deducting premiums from me.Ill be shopping for another insurance company!!!!!!
