PAID FOR CAR BUT NO CAR HIRE!! EMPTY PROMISE FRO KING PRICE!

<div>I am policy holder of King Price, and had an accident on 19th October but they approved my claim, but after few weeks I called to ask why are they quiet where to take my car for repairs, that's where they came and paid cash the amount the assessor quoted, now I want to take my car to panel beaters and ask about car hire, I was told to prepare R1700 for security and I agreed and signed the declaration, but on 08/01/2021, when I'm about to go I wanted the name of the car hire, boo I was told that I'm not going to get that because I'm paid cash, funny enough I'm paying for car hire every month, and I was not told that if I agreed to be p aid cash I wont get car hire benefit and I made sure that before I signed declaration I asked about that but I was told that after I took the car to panel beater, I must call and I did, so I want them to pay back all my premiums back, and cancel my policy with them or I will go to media and expose them, I recruited 2 people for them and motivate their services but i got nothing but I was promised to get something but I got NO CAR HIRE BUT I PAID FOR IT EVERY MONTH!</div>
